this step was taken as a result to curb the brutal bodaboda murders that were rumpant most notably the bodaboda killing that was captured on a CCTV camera in Mengo, Kampala where a one Mugisha and colleague hit a bodabada man to death leaving his brain out.
the flying squad will help police to bring down those who have made it a hobby to kill innocent boda boda men in Kampala and surrounding areas.
