By Wycliff G; Death of Kampala City top model Giovani Lameka Kavuma aka Giovani Kavyboss has terribly hit Uganda’s entertainment and fashion industry since yesterday.
Giovani is famously recalled to have featured in Sheebah Karungi’s ‘Mummy Yo’ video that was directed by Sasha Vybz (Savy Films).
According to close sources, Giovani who was also an employee of Fenon Records left office yesterday at noon and went home but it was at home where he was found dead.
“Kavyboss was a friendly and companion life. I have worked with him on several projects, he was passionate and determined with his profession,” Ruby Ryan, Savy Films employee revealed.
However, Police has already established a serious investigation suit regarding Giovani’s death.
The body of the deceased will be at his ancestral home in Kikyusa, Luweero off Katikamu for a vigil today before being laid to rest on tomorrow Thursday, 22nd August.
