Eddy Kenzo appears as the only Ugandan male personality on the compiled list of the 100 Most Influential Young Africans of 2019.
On the list Edrisa Musuuza a.k.a Eddy Kenzo comes in at number 24 joined by two other Ugandans in Nancy Kacungira, and Usher Komugisha.
The list is compiled annually by the Africa Youth Awards organization with a goal set towards recognizing the works of the young African personalities which have impacted lives across the continent.
This year, the list comprises of popular figures from 32 African countries including musicians, business men and women, sportsmen, writers, journalists, among others.
Eddy Kenzo is a hugely celebrated musician on the African continent and the first Ugandan to win a BET Award which he won in 2015. His music and inspiring life story has inspired the lives of several youths in Africa.
The singer revealed what a blessing it is for him to be on the list which several other influential figures have failed to achieve.
