By Wycliff G; The deceased is by names of Baira Allan Twesigye, a 2nd-year student from the College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences offering a Bachelor of Science in Forestry.
According to sources, Allan who has been a resident of Nkurumah Hall passed on earlier on Monday after succumbing to Typhoid at Kiruddu Hospital.
It should be noted that he is the second student to pass on in a space of 2 weeks after Ashraf Nsubuga committed suicide 2 weeks ago.
