Uganda’s Eddy Kenzo real names Idris Musuuza has won the Best African Entertainer award at the 5th edition of African Entertainment Awards USA 2019 (AEUSA).
The red carpet ceremony took place in New Jersey, USA at on Saturday Night (Sunday morning Ugandan Times) and Eddy Kenzo defeated Africa’s finest musicians like Davido, Wizkid, and Diamond Platnumz who had been nominated in the same category with him.
Reacting to his success via his face book, Kenzo wrote:
“Congratulations Uganda???? we just won African entertainer of year 2019 at African entertainment awards USA.???”
AEAUSA was established in New Jersey USA to support, celebrate and uplift African Entertainment. It uses entertainment as a platform, to showcase an Africa that is united, self-sufficient, and willing, and able to evoke social change that matters most in the communities of Africans all over the world.
