According to reports, Celebrated Song writer Saxess Busulwa passed on at Rubaga hospital after a failed abdominal surgery. He underwent a successful surgery in July at Rubaga Hospital and seemed to be getting much better. According to a tribute from a close friend, the late drove himself to hospital for the surgery that would put him back on the road.
The singer was reportedly involved in an accident over ten years ago and started developing complications recently. At the time of his death, he was working on a project with Police called ‘Neighbourhood watch” to sensitise the public on crime and their role in helping police.
Saxess wrote a number of hit songs including Butterfly by nameless, Eddiba by Juliana Kanyomozi, Gold Digger by Jackie Chandiru, Fire Tonight by Rema Namakula Awo by Leila Kayondo, Bwoba Sexy by Grace Nakimera among others.
