Police in Mubende is holding a 40 year old man for killing a family of four people. The suspect John Sebaduka and others last night attacked Kyampitsi Village, Kabuki, parish, Kabalinga Mubende district armed with Machetes and hacked 4 family members to death.
The dead have been identified as Specioza Nalugwa 55years, and her 3 grandchildren identified as Sarah Namata 17years, Fred Musasizi 2years and Specioza Nakacwa 4years.
It’s alleged that the deceased has been getting threats from her son in law accusing her of causing a misunderstanding between him and his wife.
Police led by Wamala regional police commander visited the scene and arrested the suspect from the same village who is an ex- convict of a murder charge.
Police also recovered a blood stained jacket and axe from the suspect’s house.
Bodies of the deceased taken to Mubende regional referral hospital mortuary pending postmortem.
