Ghost of Murdered Mukonjo Woman Haunts Muhamed Ssebuwufu, Evicted from Pine Car Bond

Barely days after court declared that city business Mohammed Ssebuwufu has a case to answer in murder of late businesswoman Dona Betty Katushabe, court bailiffs have this morning evicted him from his car bond located along Lumumba Avenue in Nakasero.

Moses Mutesasira of Mutesasira court bailiff advocate says Sebufuu has been evicted after the owner of the land identified Barinda Rwambuka who sold the land to Insurance Regulatory Authority a government entity which set to use its land for government purposes.

“ Sebufuu was given enough time to relocate his business but opted to refuse their pleas since last year which prompted the insurance body to go to court and secure a court order which was given to us as court bailiffs to implement” Said Mutesasira.

Mutesasira further explained that Rwambuka sold the said land to insurance body mid Last year and declared that the insurance body was free to use its land. “Immediately after owning the land, the insurance body started engaging Sebufuu to relocate his business so that they can use the land but he adamantly refused saying that he can’t go away until a court order was secured”.

Some sources however told this website that Sebufuu had refused to leave the place knowing that he will be protected by a section of police officers as usual. It is indicated that some security meetings sat three times trying to protect him but ended in futility until he was kicked out this morning.

It should be noted that last week Sebufuu was also kicked out of his mosque also located along Lumumba Avenue by court bailiffs and it was immediately demolished. Sebufuu is still making his plea bargaining of his case after court told him that he has case to answer and now wants court to reduce his punishment to a lighter sentence.
