One explosion has gone off at Raja Chambers, along Parliamentary Avenue near Jubilee Insurance.
Another one has been witnessed Kooki towers, opposite Central Police Station in Kampala.
Reports indicate that some deaths and serious injuries have been recorded.
Buildings, cars and small businesses have been set on fire.
This comes in after Ugandan security agencies are on its high-heals of operations following the increasing number of bomb blasts in the country.
