By Website Writer; Kampala Lord Mayor, Ssalongo Erias Lukwago’s health persists worrying for the second week.
It is a major concern to the public as the majority contemplate his wellbeing daily.
Lord Mayor Lukwago was on Sunday, 11th April transferred to Nairobi for further treatment due to health complications.
This comes after he fainted during the requiem mass for the deceased archbishop, Dr. Cyprian Lwanga last week.
According to the Deputy Lord Mayor, Ms. Nyanjura Doreen, Lukwago was airlifted to Nairobi Hospital following recurring dizziness, persistent abdominal discomfort, and severe chest pain whilst being attended to in various medical facilities around Kampala like; Lubaga Hospital, Platinum Hospital, Case Hospital, Norvic Hospital and many more.

Following a recurring dizziness, persistent abdominal discomfort and severe chest pain despite attending several medical facilities in Kampala including Lubaga Hospital, Platinum Hospital, Case Hospital, Norvic Hospital among others, the Lord Mayor was referred to Nairobi Hospital for further management.
Consequently, he traveled to Nairobi earlier this week, arrived safely and was checked into Nairobi Hospital.
I spoke to the Lord Mayor today morning, he is stable and undergoing numerous tests.

It should be noted that, Lord Mayor Lukwago’s health started deteriorating at the end of 2020 and was hospitalized for over 2weeks in Nairobi.
