American rapper 50 Cent set to visit Uganda

It would be unfair for anyone to contradict with my statement affirming that 2018 is one memorable year never to forget in future especially to the entertainment and tourism industry of Uganda. With already to three prolific musical names (Tarrus Riley, Kanye West, Kim Kardashian) having set their foot at the Pearl of Africa, it looks like we are blessed again to satisfy this list with another gigantic name.

News coming through indicates American singer Curtis James Jackson III famously known as ’50 Cent’ is set to visit Uganda though purposes of his visit are yet established.

This sparks verge after Tourism investor who is the CEO ‘Great Lakes Safaris Mr. Amos Wekesa’s social media post that atleast made us believe that really the ‘Candy Shop’ singer is gearing-up to visit Uganda this year. “So what songs did 2 cents sing? He is coming to Uganda and I need to know just one song he sang before arrives,” he wrote on his Facebook page.

From most of his post comments, his followers had already perceived that Wekesa was instead referring to American rapper one 50 Cent. A few hours away, Wekesa clarified and appologised for having miss understood the singer’s real names as he confirmed it was 50 Cent he meant.

“Thank you guys for educating me about 50 cent……he is coming to Uganda unless something drastic happens. I can’t know about wildlife and musicians at the same time and besides, why would someone call themselves 50 cent. Bambi dont argue with me, just stake your money!!!!

For those that laughed at me, expect invoices in your inboxes,” he wrote again. However, none of the singer’s internal source has disclosed about the visit. We will keep you posted with new developments regarding 50 Cent’s visit to Uganda. By Our Staff Writer
