Galaxy FM presenter Prim Asiimwe is a woman that rarely speaks out when away from the microphone. She prefers to keep a low profile and not letting the fuss that sometimes surrounds her husband Alex Muhangi affect her.
Recently when it was claimed that Alex had touched a woman inappropriately, many expected Prim to explode. But she didn’t. Now, when she was intrigued by a fan who commented on her picture claiming she is still unmarried because she lacks good character, Prim this time took it personally and had to respond. The comment was made on a picture in which the beautiful radio show host was dressed in a damaged Jean trouser which left part of her thighs exposed.
“Each time I see a beautiful woman without a husband, I realise that beauty is not what every man wants but good character. Ladies shine your choro eyes ooooooo,” fan commented. Prim responded to the comment and said that; “great, Now go and teach beautiful women that husbands are not the ultimate. There’s more to life than having a husband ”
The radio host and former Miss Uganda runner up has been dating comedian Alex Muhangi and they have a daughter together named Jehu . In July 2021, there were rumours that the comedian had finally proposed after Prim was seen wearing a ring. She however trashed the rumours revealing that she’s still just a girlfriend to Muhangi with whom they have been together for eight years.
During an Interview with Daily monitor in 2016, the pair revealed they aren’t rushing into marriage. “….our families know each other and soon we will make it official,” Muhangi had said when asked about a wedding.
