Police in Kampala is in possession of Nelson Mayanja, 30, for sending his ex-girlfriend’s n£u”des to her father.
According to the Kampala Metropolitan Police spokes Person, Luke Owesigyire, Mayanja had been harassing his ex-girlfriend (names withheld), demanding her to get back to him else he exposes her by leaking her n£udes online.
Mayanja who was arrested by Katwe Police Station was later forced to send the n£u”des to his girlfriend’s father after she insisted on not going back to him.
“He had previously sent them to her father. Upon his arrest, he confessed to the crime. His phone was exhibited by our forensic analysts and essential evidence has since been collected. The evidence is very crucial in the prosecution of the suspect,” Kampala Metropolitan deputy police spokesperson, Asp Luke Oweyesigyire said
“He will be arraigned today midday at Makindye Magistrate Court. We would like to inform members of the public to avoid situations like this and if unavoidable report to the police for investigations. The Directorate of forensics services has since built capacities into that field of investigation,” Oweyesigyire added
