New details have emerged about the sunday incident showing that one of the two men accused of trailing Ms Idah Nantaba, the state information, Communication and Technology (ICT) minister, was a widower visiting his children at school.
Multiple witnesses yesterday said according to the incidents that the men wore no masks and possessed no guns, contrary to initial official claims that they were armed and after minister’s life.
However, police has gone ahead to apologise for the immediate actions that were taken before confirming what the real situation was all about and they have promised to keep investigating the issue until when the truth comes out.
The late Ssebulime Ronald’s body was laid to rest yesterday though, his family is still in grieve for justice.
