Record television seems to be a journalism/ media staff accademy of sorts rather than a serious competitive commercial television station since many journalists an other staffs who step in go in pursuit for greener pastures else where which is evident with their employee peace who was thrown in the towel with Record TV and landed a juicy job with NTV, one of Uganda’s biggest stations.
The hard working female control room technecian has been patiently working with Record TV station for almost one and a half years until NTV spotted out her talent and picked her.
It goes without say that the young female control room technician/studio manager couldn’t hide her joy. “oh my God! i cant believe my dreams are actually coming true. i have dreamed of this opportune moment for long. thank you God.” she said.
Record Televison has seen many staff leaving its doors in such of better opportunities such as NBSs Duglas Lwanga of After 5 who was presenting Katogo show on Record, Remmy-spark tv of the live wire show who was previously doing the source on record, Sandra Kahumuza NTV News achor and of recent Kasadah Sam who went to work as an NBS driver previously doing the same at Record.
Will Record TV get known only for modeling media staff just to go as professionals to other stations or will it beef up its game and also get known for having good journalists?
