Catherine Kusasira is still very angry with fellow Golden Band’s member for spoiling her music concert, and she has advised Ronald Mayinja to think about taking his politics to his own staged music concert, not on other people’s events.
During an interview, ‘Maama Kabina’ showed her frustration at her fellow singer at Golden Band music group for failing to stick to the plan they had agreed upon, and ended up embarrassing the president with his senseless ‘Bizeemu’ song performance, during her Tears of the Woman’ music concert.
Catherine claims that the fact that most of Ronald Mayinja’s music projects are anti-government, they had agreed that he performs only two of his top songs ‘Nazalibwa mukazi mwavu’ and ‘Doreen’ but to her surprise Mayinja ended up doing the ‘Bizeemu’ politically motivated hit song, right in the face of the president, yet it’s not even a genuine song.
“What Ronald Mayinja has to do is stage his own music concert and does whatever politics he wants. I staged my concert as Catherine Kusasira not as Golden Band, that’s why we agreed that Mayinja performs only ‘Nazalibwa mukazi mwavu’ and ‘Doreen’ songs, but I was surprised that he did the opposite and ended up insulting my guest of honour,” lamented singer Catherine Kusasira.
