By Wycliff G; Yesterday, the Minister of Health, Dr. Jane Ruth Acheng received 100 tonnes of sugar from Kaliro Sugar, a subsidiary of Alam Group as a cause to combat COVID-19 outbreak in Uganda.
The sugar will be distributed to Entebbe Grade B hospital, Mulago National Specialized Hospital, all regional referral hospitals and health workers managing COVID-19 patients.
