By Wycliff G; The Ministry of health Uganda has today refuted rumors of holding any Corona Virus deaths from being publicized.
In a statement released on Twitter on Wednesday, the Ministry says Uganda is yet to register any COVID-19 related death.
“Kindly disregard that. Uganda has NOT registered any COVID-19 related death, to-date. #STAYSAFEUG,” wrote Ministry of health.
This was in response to a controversial tweet by a one “Mukiga Manuel” who claimed the Ministry has resorted to hiding COVID-19 death information from the public.
