The address will center on COVID-19 and related issues, the presidential press secretary, Don Wanyama confirms.
Among the key issues he is expected to paramount is the forthcoming reopening of schools for non-candidate classes after almost a year under lockdown sparked by the global Corona Virus pandemic outbreak.
On the other hand, the bars, night clubs and concert ban that was imposed in March 2020, is also a crucial extent that would cause attention from the public in his speech.
Address will be strictly live broadcast on all TVs and radios stations.
