By Website writer; The Supreme Court has adjourned to at least next week to be able to hear an application in which National Unity Platform leader, Robert Kyagulanyi is seeking to withdraw his petition challenging President Museveni’s victory.
According to Justice Owiny Dollo, this will allow the application to first be published in the Uganda gazette first before it can be entertained by the Supreme Court.
This might take a bit longer than expected, Justice Dollo says.
On Wednesday morning, Bobi Wine through his lawyers led by Hon. Medad Sseggona formally filed an application to the court seeking to withdraw his petition challenging the election of President Museveni in the January,14 polls citing bias by the court.
