Many people never cherish or are not aware of the nutritious value pumpkin seeds have so many just throw away the seeds not knowing the hidden benefits these seeds have.

lets look at some of the health benefits that come with eating pumpkin seeds below.

Do u have abnormal sleep? These little white seeds contain magnesium that helps in creating better sleeping conditions helping a person sleep well

High cholesterol and blood sugar levels can be reduced due to the Hypoglycaemic properties in the seeds

those with cardiovascular diseases such as heart problems can benefit a lot from these seeds since they have unsaturated fats like Alpha-Linolenic Acids (ALA) that could prevent such complications

In Uganda, we eat a lot of foods some of which act as a poison, and because pumpkin seeds have antioxidants, these help to cleanse the body preventing one from having cancers like breast cancer in post menopausal women and protect premenopausal women too
