By Website Writer; Kenyan Deputy President William Samoei Ruto has hinted at H.E YK Tibuhabura Museveni’s retirement.
Ruto featured as a foreign guest for the groundbreaking ceremony of Dei BioPharma Ltd, a multibillion pharmaceutical drugs and mRNA vaccine manufacturing facility in Matugga, Wakiso on Tuesday.
During his speech, Ruto said that President Museveni’s contribution is enormous in both Uganda and in the East African region, and he deserves a remarkable appreciation.
Ruto also said that before President Museveni retires in 2 or 3years to come, the East African Federation will have had a reaped greatly.
“You owe us a debt, before you retire and if possible, in the next two or three years, the coming into fruition of the EA federation,” William Ruto said.
The newly commissioned project is anticipated to manufacture Covid-19 vaccines and other special drugs upon its completion.
