It’s alleged that the Hon. Ssegirinya’s Kawempe North hospital is set to treat Ugandans for free.
In the past months, Hon. Ssegirinya has been purchasing highly sophisticated hospital facilities and equipment like; Ambulances, medical workers, beds, orthopedic mattresses, among others.
Hon. Ssegirinya made news when he became the Kawempe North legislator and now he is in the news again.
According to the majority in his constituency, Hon. Ssegirinya has fulfilled most of his pledges to the people of Kawempe North.
