This is after the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hon. Gen. Jeje Odongo dropping some shocking revelations regarding Lumbuye’s whereabouts.
Appearing before the Foreign Affairs Committee of Parliament committee on Thursday, Hon. Gen. Jeje Odongo said that Fred Lumbuye’s deportation from Turkey is still a discussion between the Ugandan government and that of Turkey.
“Lumbuye is indeed a Ugandan, who has been living in Turkey, to be specific, Instabul, the situation and position regarding his status is a matter of discussion still going on between Uganda, Turkey and Interpol,” Minister Jeje Odongo said.
