Lumbuye’s deportation talks still on between Uganda and Turkey – Minister Jeje Odongo

Appearing before the Foreign Affairs Committee of Parliament committee on Thursday, Hon. Gen. Jeje Odongo said that Fred Lumbuye’s deportation from Turkey is still a discussion between the Ugandan government and that of Turkey.

Lumbuye is indeed a Ugandan, who has been living in Turkey, to be specific, Instabul, the situation and position regarding his status is a matter of discussion still going on between Uganda, Turkey and Interpol,” Minister Jeje Odongo said.
