Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) in corroboration with Ministry of Education and Sports will release 2020 UACE results on Friday August, 20th 2021, at an event which will be presided over by Minister Janet Kataha Museveni at Nakasero State house.
The board confirmed the news on Wednesday through their Twitter handle revealing that the event will be scientific and broadcast on all Television and radio stations.
This is the third batch of results UNEB is releasing after the PLE and UCE which were released last month.
According to the board, a total of 93,393 students sat for UACE in April, 2021. Out of these were 57,264 were female and the rest male.
Because of COVID-19 , students will not be allowed to gather in celebration as it has always been the norm and neither will they be given the chance to pick their results from their respective school as UNEB will not send any hard copies as it always does.
Students will use mobile phones to send requests and receive their results.
Simply go to the Message Menu & type UACE, leave space, type the correct index No. of the candidate e.g. U0000/001 send to 6600 on the MTN & Airtel networks.
