By Website Writer; Ugandan Vlogger Fred Kajjubi Lumbuye is back and set to host his first online session ever since he was released from jail by Turkish authorities.
Lumbuye was on Tuesday, 19 October 2021 released from detention in Turkey, ending nearly three months of controversy about his whereabouts.
Days later the strong anti-NRM government critic, was reported to have relocated away from Turkey where he had thrived for some good time.
This left majority of his social media flock worried and skeptical on whether he would ever host his popular online sessions again.
However, their prayers seem to have paid off as the motor-mouthed vlogger announces the return of his shows.
According to Lumbuye, his comeback show is slated for Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 8PM (EAT).
“LADIES AND GENTLEMAN.CHEMICAL ALI WILL BE LIVE ON THURSDAY 2/12/2021 AT 8PM UGANDAN TIME CHARGE YOUR PHONES,” stated Fred Lumbuye on his social media.
Kyadondo East MP at the same time the shadow minister for Foreign Affairs, Hon. Nkunyinji Muwada indicated that Turkish authorities had conditionally set Lumbuye free.
“The legal team in Turkey confirmed to us those Turkish authorities notified them Fred Lumbuye would be “Conditionally” be released as all the key legal applications were concluded,” Hon. Nkunyinji Muwada said in a statement.
