By Website writer; The Ministry of Health – Uganda has published list of categories of people that are valid to receive the Covid-19 booster dose.
President Museveni during his End-Of-Year speech last month revealed that Uganda had already purchased doses of Covid-19 booster and jabbing would commence with those aged 50years & above.
He also promised to have his booster shot in January which he did.

- Health workers
- Teachers both in pre-primary, primary, secondary and tertiary institutions
- Religious leaders
- Cultural leaders
- Security personnel
- Media
- Drivers & Conductors of all public transport vehicles
- Boda Boda riders
- Bar & Night club workers
- Market workers and vendors
