By Website Writer; It’s no longer news that the National Resistance Movement (NRM) and Democratic Party (DP) are now an item.
This is after NRM chairman H.E YK Museveni meeting with DP President Norbert Mao and signing a cooperation agreement.
At State House Entebbe on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, President Museveni and Mao agreed to collaborate politically in journey of making Uganda a better home.
Via his Twitter, President Museveni hailed DP leadership for the gesture of mature, foresighted and constructive politics.
“I met with Democratic Party President Norbert Mao at State House Entebbe. We signed a cooperation agreement between the NRM and the DP. I salute the DP leadership for this gesture of mature, foresighted and constructive politics,” H.E YK Museveni stated.
However, it’s currently a bloody season for Mao online as he is being trolled and his relationship with other opposition political parties has fades
