Newly appointed Resident District Commissioner for Kayunga district and Former PRO for Uganda Moslem Supreme Council (UMSC) Hajji Nsereko Mutumba has passed on.
Hajji Mutumba passed on in the wee hours of Wednesday, August 3, 2022 morning at Rubaga Hospital.
The death was verified by his close assistant.
At the time as the Spokesperson for the UMSC, he entrusted with the Kayunga district RDC role by H.E YK Museveni.
The late even attended the RDC/RCCs retreat at Kyankwanzi that was closed by the Vice President Rtd. Major Jessica Alupo on Sunday, July 31 2022.
By the time of his death, Hajji Mutumba a famous media friendly diplomat was handling several land issues in Kayunga, among which included former lands minister Aidah Erios Nantaba’s.
On a shocking note, Hajji Mutumba’s demise comes just a year after Kayunga district lost its Chairman Muhammad Ffeffekka Sserubogo under still unclear circumstances.
