By Website Writer; The long-standing land dispute between businessman John Asiimwe and former Mayor of Entebbe Municipality, Stephen Kabuye continues.
Today, Thursday October 27, 2022 the aviation Police has been deployed at Spenah beach in Entebbe to effect the eviction of the proprietor John Asiimwe after High Court dismissed his application for a temporary injunction against the ejection by his landlord Steven Kabuye who wants to repossess the premises.
Earlier this month, SFC Soldiers were deployed at the controversial beach land, trying to stop a legal eviction of Mr. John Asiimwe who had refused to vacate after his 5yr tenancy agreement expired.
However, retreated back after a scuffle with residents at the screen.
