By Website Writer; Ugandan legendary singer Jose Chameleone is reported to have lashed out at a boda boda rider and caned him for allegedly knocking his Range Rover as he went home.
According to the video making rounds on social media, the singer is seen whipping the boda boda rider around areas of Seguku, Entebbe Road, enroute to his home.
However, the singer and his team are still tight-lipped about the reported incident.
This is not the first time the multi-hit-song-maker appears in such scandals as his entire life has often been endowed with countless of them.
