City local tycoon Lwasa Emmanuel Kaweesa, Lord Mayor Masaka City 2021-2026 proposes to his new Haffie a Kenyan . This has come just after being dumped by Vanessa who is now in mad love with Ugandan singer bazabaza.
In about two years, Lwasa Emmanuel has been involved with more than four ladies and he has attempted to marry three of them.
The last time he was very disappointed because the lady Vanessa ate his money for dowry and didn’t show up.
