Jose Chameleone has said Gravity Omutujju is saying things that his fanbase is interested in, so he can’t blame him.
“His fans enjoy his stories. He also enjoys them. Let them enjoy, this is entertainment. I encourage him to go on entertaining his fans and I also go on entertaining mine,” Chameleone said when he was asked by newsmen to comment on Omutujju celebrating the collapse of his stage and continuously saying that his concert, which has been pushed to February 24 — may not happen even on that day.
Chamelone said that after the incident he switched off his phone and “went into hibernation.”
“At this point, I’m only interested in fun stories,” he said while responding to whether Omutujju has called him.
He went on: “I don’t have time for beef [with] anybody… whether Gravity, let it be [King] Saha, [Eddy] Kenzo, Young Mulo… I don’t give attention to [what Gravity is saying]… I heard some at the beginning, but when I realised there is nothing to benefit from them, apart from taking away from me, I ignored them.”
Omutujju started beefing with Chameleone after the latter refused to promote the former’s concert last year.
Meanwhile, Mariam Mutakubwa, who owns the events company that is organising Chameleone’s concert dubbed Gwanga Mujje, said she was disappointed in Gravity Omutujju after seeing him speaking negatively about the Gwanga Mujje concert yet she demands him Shs10 million.
