“Gravity Omutujju Planned The Whole Crying Thing To Win Public Sympathy And I Helped Him To Perfect It!” DJ Nimrod Spills Bitter Secrets.

D.J. Nimrod said singer Gravity Omutujju intended to be seen tearing up during his press conference held last year.

On October 13, Omutujju, real name Gereson Wabuyi, cried in front of newsmen, shocking the music industry, considering he had put on a tough front days before.

Omutujju through a series of media appearances had attacked fellow musicians, including Jose Chameleone, Bebe Cool and Bobi Wine, describing them in all sorts of condescending terms.

This was after his concert held on October 1 at Lugogo Cricket Oval in Kampala. With the top three, he was particularly annoyed that they had refused to promote his concert on their social media platforms.

At one point he said the aforementioned trio had become irrelevant in the industry, telling them to go and focus on farming and other endeavors because they had become too lazy for the contemporary music industry.

Events promoter Balaam Barugahara, who organized his show, even advised him to start respecting elders in the industry because he was taking things overboard.

Now, according to D.J. Nimrod, real name Nimrod Nabeeta, the rapper intentionally cried in front of the media because he was onto something.

“This is show business,” the deejay said during an interview with Kasuku when he asked him why he didn’t give the singer a handkerchief.

“I pulled out a hankie and discretely gave it to the man, but he wanted to be seen tearing up… I gave it to him… But he had reasons for calling the press conference. His agenda had to push forward.”

Nimrod was seated next to Gravity Omutujju during the press conference.
