One hit wonder musician George Kwesiga aka Quex well known for his song “Kachumbali” has been arrested among protestors inn Mulago protesting the Ministry of Health’s failure to deploy them to government hospitals.
According to info we received, Quex, a Kampala International University (KIU) Western Campus Medical School graduand was part of protestors arrested Monday morning from Mulago.
A section of interns also sneaked to Parliament to meet the Speaker of Parliament over their delayed deployment to their training facilities.
“We are fighting for our rights as medical personnel…the system needs some fixing.. #Deploymedicalinterns #paythedoctor”– he posted on his social media.
