Via social media, Spoken Word artist Maritza, born Martha Byoga, has opened up about how she was exploited and disrespected while working at XFM and Next Radio at a presenter.
The former media personality who has so far worked at three different media companies in just a space of nine years explains that hopping from one station to another happened due to bad treatment she faced at the different workplaces.
She notes that she worked at XFM for five years under a lot of ‘disrespect and disregard’ but used the opportunity to elevate herself to a different level.
