“My Parents And My Husband Love My Short Dresses And Mini-Skirts, Social Media In-Laws Go And Hang!” Shameless Pencil-Sized Hellen Lukoma Brags.

Hellen Lukoma says she is not fearful of what her children will say about her lifestyle in the future.

She is also not bothered about what people say about her dress code, for neither her husband, nor her parents are complaining.

Hellen Lukoma says her late father supported her talent and lifestyle including her style of dressing

I don’t know why you people talk about this all the time. Daddy (husband) looks at what you people write about me and gets upset. He thinks some of you are stupid; because do you actually want me to go on stage to gomesi?” she said.

Lukoma was over the weekend addressing some of the concerns about the way she dresses.

While appearing on Galaxy TV’s the Deep Talk, the singer said she wasn’t worried about her kids digging up her uncompromising pictures from the past.

She believes kids of the coming generations will have much more to be occupied with than morals and traditions.

I know my kids are going to see this stuff, but do you know the kind of generation they are going to be in? Where are they going to get time to check what I was doing?”

Asked about how her parents felt about her skimpy dresses, the former HB Toxic and Obsessions star said both her mother and father did support her.

My dad and my mom are my greatest fans. I used to put on my little dresses ready to go out and my dad would be like ‘that’s a bit too long, don’t you think?’ Even in the shortest dress he’d look at me and say, ‘you look good today.’”

Lukoma’s dad passed away in June 2021. He reportedly succumbed to Covid-19. Her mother, Mrs Lukoma is a local politician serving as a Councilor in Makindye Division.

The ‘Nja Kufumba’ singer in the interview also expressed support for TV personality Sheila Gashumba who was in the eye of the storm over the past weeks for sharing a series of pictures of herself in very revealing attire while on vacation abroad.

Lukoma noted that such attire is a reflection of the changing generational trends.

“Yes, we have cultures and traditions which come with their own morals, but these clothes are coming and they are being made for us. Who else do you say should wear them?” she queried.
