Actress and media personality Ruth Kalibbala Bwanika broke down in tears after learning that Alien Skin returned Champion Ogudo to his parents in Kawempe.
Following Champion Ogudo acquiring a Kampala Parents School bursary which Alien Skin resolutely refused to honour, it was the beginning of the controversy that saw the former’s father demand his son’s custody.
As the drama continued to escalate, Champion Ogudo’s father Mr. Kibuuka Godfrey filed a child abuse case against his baby mama Nambassa Hadijah at Kawempe Police Station, under reference SD Ref: 58/24/08/2023.
Mr. Kibuuka Godfrey further alleged that Champion Ogudo’s mother had handed Alien Skin the custody of their son against his will.
It is for the reasons above that Alien Skin returned Champion Ogudo to his parents in Kawempe to settle their differences with their son in their custody.
However, Alien Skin’s decision didn’t impress a section of his fans, who claimed this wasn’t the right approach.
Champion Ogudo’s return to Kawempe rendered multiple in an emotional state, and many teared up with Ruth Kalibbala being the most recent.
During the “Twezimba” show alongside Isaac Daniel Katende alias Kasuku at Spark TV and Dembe FM, Ruth Kalibbala expressed her disappointment with Ugandans who pushed Alien Skin to return Ogudo and his brother to Kawempe ghettos.
“While these kids were in Alien Skin’s custoday theyr are in school, and the impoverished mother was relieved of some of the stress associated with paying for their education. Now where is she going to begin from?
With tears rolling down her cheeks, Ruth couldn’t continue with the show segment, as she stepped off the podium to wipe her tears.
