Kawempe North Member of Parliament, Muhammad Ssegirinya, has shared insights into his health condition following his recent hospitalization at Nsambya Hospital in Kampala.
Expressing a sense of life slipping away despite medical interventions, Ssegirinya remains determined to recover and continue serving his constituents diligently.
The MP’s health took a concerning turn when he became unconscious at home, prompting his family to rush him to Nsambya Hospital for urgent medical attention.
Prior to his hospitalization, Ssegirinya had made a public appearance at the launch of the National Unity Platform (NUP) headquarters in Makerere Kavule.
As a first-time Member of Parliament affiliated with NUP, led by Robert Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi Wine, Ssegirinya spoke from his hospital bed, stating that his doctors have assured him of forthcoming strategies to combat the health challenges he is facing.
“I have followed all the medical advice, but the illness persists. This marks the third time I’ve been hospitalized due to this condition.
Despite previous treatment in Nairobi, the situation has not improved. I implore God for healing,” expressed the MP, highlighting the ongoing struggle with his health.
