According to Donata, her mother had separated from her dad two years after her last child was born, and her mother rented a house where they used to live.
She says that her mother had a male friend, and on the day the incident happened, the mother had spent the day with the man.
She came in the evening and prepared supper for them, and they all went to sleep. In the middle of the night, they had a knock, and when her mother asked who it was, the man never responded.
He pushed the door and entered, and that was when he used a blunt object and hit his head trying to defend them, and he died on the spot.
In the morning, her mother was arrested and taken to prison, and after a court hearing, she was jailed for years for a murder case.
Donata and her siblings now live with their grandparents, who are 80 years old. She says that she is depressed since her mother, who was their only hope, is in jail.
Donata is now requesting that the government free their mother because she was only defending them since they only depended on her for everything.
