Energy Drinks: The Silent Killers Next to You

With heavy budgets assigned to the marketing of Energy drinks, it’s not surprising that these Energy drinks have become popular world over, people have embraced consumption of this drinks. People are gulping down these drinks without minding on the quantities. Problem is, energy drinks are made from a combination of many ingredients including caffeine, supplements, herbs, vitamins and other additives.

They are therefore more likely to produce side effects than drinks containing just caffeine. While controlled consumption my not present side effects, there is really a thin line between ‘more and less’ and the word ‘controlled’ is relative, depending on the consumer.
