SAD: 17-year-old young man identified as Robert Muhumuza among those who were shot by police during Besigye’s Tojikwaatako rally in Rukungiri lost his battle with life in Mbarara Community Hospital. The innocent school boy was shot this week on wednesday because he was not supporting to change the consititution.
Police said they were hit by stones from protectors not bullets. Happy for those police officers whose children are immortal because they’re safe!! Very sad.
