A video of Christine Mbabazi Muhoza a girlfriend to the late police spokesperson AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi has emerged confessing that ISO chiefs tried to force to confess that police was behind the murder. In a seven minute and one second video recording in Kiswahili and broken English, Mbabazi of Rwandese origin says the Internal Security Organization chief led by director Col Kaka Bagyenda and one Lf Juuko Serwanga were forcing her to confess that Kaweesi was killed reportedly on orders of Gen Kale Kayihura.
Mbabazi claims that Col Kaka during one of the interrogations also wanted her to confess that Gen Kale Kayihura paid her shs 200m together with late Kaweesi’s body guard late Moses Elau who would be a signaler for the killers who were trailing Kaweesi.
She also says Lt Juuko allegedly wanted her to confess that the process of killing Kaweesi involved police officers ACP Herbert Muhangi of Flying squad, CP Frank Mwesigwa Kampala Metropolitan police commander, ACP Silagi Bakaleke the Kampala South regional police commander, SSP Nixon Ayegasirwe and others.
“Am appealing to whoever gets this video, help me and spread it because these people down are innocent , there are many things Kaka is questioning me, me I don’t know,” Mbabazi says in Kiswahili.
All those policemen he says we were in the meeting and they gave me shs 200m to give it to driver and Kaweesi body guard it’s not true.” She added.
“He claims I know one Alex Kabanda, that I kept him in my house, that I drove him to the airport and helped him to escape it’s not true.”
