Women stormed the streets of Kenya in protest of the leaders they referred to as hypocrites who have shun the development and corrupted the nation. Several have vowed to stage these demonstrations until when all these leaders are out of power and as well given vote of no confidence.

It should be noted that Opposition Raila Odinga warned Jubilee against militarising politics, saying a country cannot be led by the barrel of the gun. Raila addressed residents of Kawangware in Nairobi after a man was beaten to death during violence following the presidential re-reun.
He decided not to face President Uhuru Kenyatta again over lack of reforms at IEBC and told his supporters to keep off voting centres. Millions heeded the call.
