Three people have died on spot in a fatal accident and several others escaped with critical injuries after two vehicles got involved in a head on head collision along Mbarara –Kabale high way.
Elly Maate the Kigezi region police spokesman says the accident happened when a motor vehicle UAU 460W driven by one Edgar Akampa 27 from Buyanja in Rukungiri together with his family had head on collision with taxi carrying passengers and driven by one Ronald Gumoshabe 27 Maate identified the dead as jolly Tibahwerwayo, Itungo Arien 3 years, and one Edson Barinabo.
The spokesperson adds that the injured including a 3 months old baby are admitted at Kabale referral hospital.
