Ugandan tycoon Brian white who is known for giving out handouts to different people in Kampala and charitable organisations , he once organised youth and shared some business ideas with them.
This young tycoon is alleged to have involved in some fight that saw Victor Bitwiire being shot near Biran’s home in Buziga Makindye.
Brian white was sent to Luzira until 8th January 2018 however according to our reliable sources at Luzira prison.
He has ensured prisoners on remand in his section have well catered breakfast in the morning he has also set up Dstv a television service for international channels for the remand hall so that prisoners can have access to Dstv during this season.
