City self-confessed former criminal turned security operative Paddy Sserunjogi has appealed to the commander in chief of the armed forces Gen Yoweri Museveni to cause for the transfer of all Kampala police commanders saying that they are all “Criminals”.
Ssobi as commonly known by Kampala underworld while speaking to the media this evening in Kisenyi, a Kampala suburb advised president Museveni and security chiefs in the country to change all police commanders and their leaders in Kampala if they are to curb down the high crime rate in the country especially in Kampala.
Ssobi noted that all criminals in Kampala deal directly with police while carrying out their acts of killing and stealing Ugandans.
“If you transfer a police officer from here in Kisenyi to Kafumbe Mukasa road,you will find all criminals from Kisenyi at Kafumbe Mukasa. That means that these police officers deal with these criminals in the city”. Ssobi said.
He added that “This is the time for the government to know that we are not the ones who have been killing Ugandans and engaging in criminal acts across the country, we the ghetto youths just want development in these suburbs, so that we get what to do and we are ready to confess and pin those officers,”.
Ssobi explained that the likes of Kitatta and others, who have been causing insecurity and destabilizing the country should be dealt with, warning that even other kifeesi guys who have not yet reconciled to do it as early as yesterday.
“That Kitata I warned him that I would squeeze him and you can just see what happened to him .This is just a small part of it.”
He also warned all politicians who have always hired them to cause chaos by holding rallies in the city not to try it again saying that this time they won’t support them again but are ready to join security forces to extinct them.
