Singer Catherine Kusasira confidently asserts her prowess, claiming she can single-handedly outperform almost every Ugandan musician, spurred on by a compliment from her daughter who hailed her as the most talented singer in the country.
In response to the praise, the Nkola Ya Taxi singer confidently stated that her talent speaks for itself. According to Kusasira, when she takes the microphone and begins to sing, her performance leaves birds envious. She attributes her musical ability not to learned skills but insists she was born with an innate talent.
With a musical journey spanning over two decades, Kusasira’s experience in the industry started with the now-defunct Eagles Production Band, alongside notable artists like Mesach Ssemakula, Ronald Mayinja, and Geoffrey Lutaaya.
Despite her claim to be the best, some may view her self-proclamation as a bold assertion. Nevertheless, Kusasira, who has delivered classic music over the years, remains confident in her abilities.
Additionally, she revealed a surprising facet of her life, stating that she has returned to school and is currently in her second year—a testament to her commitment to continuous personal development.
