It would be to a Ugandan music stranger to believe and confess that ‘Yesse Oman Rafiki’ is currently the best song writer in the country but not a citizen.
After framing the popular ‘Bosco’ advert that is still taking MTN Uganda ‘MomoNyabo’ promotion a storm, Yesse continues to become a headline amongst all music content creators day after day. According to the reliable info reaching our news desk, Rafiki released a tribute song for the late Goodlyfe lead vocalist and also song writer ‘Mowzey Radio’.
The late died on 1st February at Case Hospital Kampala where he had been admitted on life support for almost two week after being involved in yet unclear bar brawl at ‘De Bar’ in Entebbe.
Unlike other tribute songs to the late, Rafiki’s song turns out to have been warmly welcomed by majority of the public. His lyrics in this song appear so deep and organized to give it such a sweet Afro-Zouk touch in relation to the Bosco advert. The beats were organized and mastered by producer ‘Eli Arkhis’ (Routes Entertainment).
