The first ever edition of the Miss Curvy Pageant is slated for Friday, 26th April at the Imperial Royale Hotel in Kampala.
The ceremony is highly anticipated around town as majority of the public can’t wait to witness the 2019 edition finalists that will be competing for the crown of the grand finale.
According the event’s organizing company (Mungoma Events) CEO at the same time Miss Curvy Uganda Chief Executive Officer ‘Ms. Anne Mungoma’, the pageant is aimed at appreciating plus-size women who are fighting with self-esteem and are regularly despised for their big sizes.
“This pageant is to educate, inspire and impart confidence in plus sized ladies,” she says.
Tickets to the historical event go for Shs. 50k-Ordinary, Shs. 100K-VIP and Shs. 3Million-VVIP table.
